All lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system or social media platforms. To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking. Students cannot attend sessions without confirmed payment.

Sessions can be rescheduled by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Each new student is entitled to one free trial lesson. The trial includes a brief placement assessment and a sample lesson with one of our qualified teachers. Trial lessons must be booked using the booking form on our website or by contacting us directly on our social media platforms.
To be fair to all students and teachers, trial lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Only one free trial is available per student.
